Terms & Conditions Influencers

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an influencer account, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility & Verification

You must provide accurate personal information and verify your accounts through official APIs. Bloom may suspend accounts with false information.

Channels & Pricing

Influencers must set accurate prices for each channel. Prices become final once a campaign invitation is accepted.

Campaign Acceptance

When you accept a campaign, payment is placed on hold by Bloom until completion.

Content Obligations

You must publish content exactly as instructed and upload all required media inside the Bloom app. Visit-based campaigns require QR scanning.

Deadlines

You must deliver content within 3 days unless otherwise stated.

Review & Approval

The brand has 3 days to review submitted content. If no action is taken, the content becomes automatically approved.

Payments

Payments are released only after approval and final verification by Bloom Operations. Payment transfers are handled manually to your bank account.

Disputes

Disputes are reviewed by Bloom Operations and decisions are final.

Prohibited Activities

Including removing posts early, fake engagement, harassment, or moving transactions outside Bloom.

Liability

You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

Influencer Failure Policy

If you fail to upload content within 3 days: full refund to the brand + warning to influencer.

If you attend a required visit (QR scan) but do not submit content: full refund to the brand; influencer receives a warning.

Early content removal or violating instructions may result in refund to brand and account suspension.
